How do I change or cancel an order?
If you want to change or cancel an order after placing an order on www.boumy.nl or www.boumy.com please send an email to contact@boumy.com with your name and ordernumber and we would love to help you out.
The product that I want to order is sold out, when will it be back in stock?
No worries! New Boumy's will be frequently added to our stock! If you want to receive an email, containing when your favorite Boumy is back in stock, please press the ''Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock'' button.
Where can I findBoumy’s offline?
In addition to our webshop you can find our Boumy's at one of our retailers. Please click on 'Wholesale' at the bottom of our website to find a retailer near you. Are you interested in a specific model, we advise you to contact the retailer itself for it's current stock.
How can I stay updated about promotions and additional information about Boumy?
We would love for you to be updated about our brand! You can apply for our newsletter in the top right corner of our website.
