GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
- After receiving your complete order you have a 30-day period to return your shipment to us.
- We recommend that you send the package with a track & trace code. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse lost packages without a track & trace code.
- The costs for returning are for your own account.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days.
- Articles must be returned complete, in original condition. In the event of damage or incomplete items, a reduction in value will be charged. Trying on the items is not considered as use.
- Packages ordered through a store other than the Boumy webshop cannot be returned to Boumy.
- Multiple orders may be returned jointly, provided that all packing slips are included.
- The orignial price you’ve paid for the product will be refunded. Shippingcosts will not be refunded.
If one of your items has been delivered defectively, or you have received another item than ordered, we ask you to contact us by telephone or e-mail.
